WHO WE ARE

Michelle Kemp is an accomplished consultant with over 15 years of expertise leading human capital and community engagement initiatives across the education, non-profit, and private sectors. Michelle's extensive experience in diversity recruitment, organizational design, and employee engagement for startup organizations and turnaround schools has resulted in substantial retention, performance, and sustainability rates. Her expertise extends to change management, scaling talent, leadership development, and community engagement campaigns for collective impact. Her goal is to support organizations in creating expansive workspaces that strategically leverage and develop diverse talent to advance our workplace ecosystem.

 

Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management, a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, and a DEI certification from Northwestern University. She is also an MBTI (Myers-Briggs) Certified Practitioner, a Surge Institute Fellow, a Chicago Urban League IMPACT Leadership Fellow, a Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Alum, an Associate Board member of Golden Apple Foundation, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and SHRM Chicago.
