Director of Program Experience (Sage Collective, Chicago, IL)
Sage Collective is hiring a strategic, people-centered Director of Program Experience to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of culturally responsive, intergenerational programs for older adults. Based in Chicago’s historic Bronzeville neighborhood, this hybrid role oversees both virtual and in-person programming focused on wellness, creativity, technology, and lifelong learning, with community voice informing program design, relevance, and reach. This is a great opportunity for an experienced program leader passionate and skilled at building high-quality, engaging program experiences that honor the dignity, wisdom, and joy of aging. Leaders with experience in gerontology, social work, psychology, adult learning, or related fields are encouraged to apply. The role begins in Spring 2026.
